Job summary

Ele Bank Limited is seeking a senior professional to serve as the primary liaison with the CBD team, coordinating across clients, products and projects to deliver securities services and ESOP-related solutions in a dynamic corporate banking environment.

The role requires deep knowledge of equity incentive plans, client onboarding, and strong B2B business development skills, with fluency in multiple languages to engage diverse corporate clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least three years of experience in institutional business, corporate services, securities brokerage, ESOP, equity incentives, wealth management, or fintech.
• Good understanding of equity incentive arrangements for listed companies, including stock options, restricted shares, and employee share ownership plans.
• Strong capabilities in B2B business development, needs analysis, solution design, and commercial negotiation.
• Excellent communication, client relationship management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with CBD team and facilitate collaboration across clients, products, and projects.
• Work with relevant teams to provide employees of corporate clients with securities account opening, share vesting, option exercise, and trading services.
• Coordinate with product, technology, operations, and customer service teams to ensure the successful launch and ongoing operation of ESOP projects.
• Work closely with Legal and Compliance to ensure that client onboarding and securities services comply with applicable regulations and internal policies.
