Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Senior Project Director to lead large-scale ERP implementations and business transformation efforts. This strategic, client-facing role requires ownership of multi-year engagements, strong executive relationships, and cross-functional leadership across locations.

Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Kingdee, or otherERP platforms is welcome; direct Oracle implementation experience is not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in IT consulting, systems integration, or enterprise ERP implementations.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, end-to-end ERP projects.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ERP program delivery.
• Lead complex enterprise implementations across functions and workstreams.
• Build relationships with senior customer executives (CIOs, CFOs).
• Lead executive steering committees and manage escalations.
• Coach Project Managers and consulting teams across HK and offshore locations.
• Oversee project financials, scope changes, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve delivery and drive growth.
