Job summary

Saint Francis University is seeking a proactive professional to lead external relations and engagement with Hong Kong feeder schools, prospective students, alumni, university partners, and the community. The appointee will support the Assistant Director, Recruitment and Engagement at the Public Affairs Office in driving admissions and partnership development for the local market.

This KPI-driven role includes planning and hosting information sessions, school visits, and networking events;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline and at least three years of relevant post-qualification experience in a higher education institution.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, independent and collaborative work style, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills in English and Chinese.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement external relations and stakeholder engagement plans to boost recruitment.
• Identify and build relationships with secondary schools, prospective students, alumni, partners, and authorities.
• Plan, execute and coordinate stakeholder events such as conferences and visits.
• Draft and manage MoUs and pursue strategic partnership opportunities.
