Job summary

Estate Agents Authority in Hong Kong seeks a Director of Services and Professional Development to lead corporate services, strategic development, and professional education programs. The appointee reports to the CEO and oversees governance, finance, HR, IT, and development initiatives.

The role requires a university degree and at least 10 years of senior management experience, with proven board/committee exposure, strong English/Chinese drafting and presentation skills, and IT governance

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of senior management experience, preferably in public organisations or large entities.
• Experience serving Boards/Committees and managing corporate services is preferred.
• Strong operating skills in a multi-stakeholder environment; analytical and political acumen.

Responsibilities

• Serve as secretary to the EAA Board and committees; ensure good governance and secretariat efficiency.
• Provide strategic directions and lead five sections: Corporate Communications, Human Resources, Finance & Administration, IT & Data Analysis, Professional Development.
• Lead and develop regulatory education partnerships and CPD schemes; oversee implementation and partnerships.
