Job summary

Prudential Services Asia in Hong Kong is seeking a Director-level professional to support end-to-end board governance, governance frameworks, and cross-border execution in a China life JV environment.

You will coordinate with Group Legal, Risk, Compliance and external advisors, manage board papers, regulatory filings and director onboarding, and contribute to strategic engagements and senior visits. Fluency in Mandarin and English required, with travel to mainland China as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and manage board-level communications.
• Strong governance, risk, and compliance awareness in a JV/ regulatory environment.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end Board and committee governance, including onboarding and offboarding of directors and preparation of materials.
• Coordinate regulatory filings, governance docs, and board papers ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with Group Legal, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and external advisors to enable effective governance outcomes.
