Job summary

Shangri-La Group is seeking a Manager of Corporate and Marketing Communications to develop and execute its corporate communications strategy, strengthen reputation, and manage media relations across global markets.

You will lead content creation, executive communications and digital campaigns, while coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact communications aligned with business priorities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in corporate communications, public relations or related roles.
• Strong writing for press releases, executive communications and digital content.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin; strong Chinese writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate communications plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead media relations with local, regional and international outlets.
• Create and review high-quality corporate content and talking points.
• Support crisis and issue communications for the Group.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging.
