Job summary

CL Technical Services Ltd. is seeking a Contract Project Manager (Marketing/Public Relations) to lead diverse promotion channels aimed at varied public segments in Hong Kong. The role includes engaging NGOs to promote the eHealth App and supporting public campaigns.

You will monitor the agency’s work to ensure quality deliverables and handle additional duties such as research and presentations as assigned by senior officers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications from a Hong Kong university or equivalent.
• 10+ years post-degree full-time experience in marketing/public relations and project management.
• Proficient in Chinese and English with HKDSEE/HKCEE Level 3+ in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Explore diverse promotion channels to reach different target segments of the public.
• Engage NGOs for promoting the use of eHealth App in the community.
• Assist in implementing public facing promotional campaigns.
• Monitor public relations agency’s work to ensure quality of the deliverables; and
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior officers (e.g., research, presentations).
