Qualifications

• Degree in Construction, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years' experience managing commercial office, retail, or showroom fit-out projects internationally.
• Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
• Fluency in English required.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for Senior Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project management to meet quality, cost, safety, and scheduling goals.
• Manage the master programme, long lead items, and milestone delivery.
• Update short-term work plans and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Oversee site coordination and ensure safety standards.
• Prepare project reports and manage documentation and issue resolution.
• Procurement management for consultants, including scopes, bids, and contracts.
