Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Customer Technology Advisor to join a dynamic Go-To-Market team. You will lead pre-sales activities, coordinate with Consulting Partners and customer teams, and deliver demos, proofs-of-concept, and prototypes that showcase our solutions and value.

With strong technical and business acumen, you will identify customer requirements, craft winning cross-practice solutions, and build lasting relationships with alliance partners while adhering to best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cloud/infrastructure service sales with proven performance.
• Deep domain knowledge of services offerings and technical solutions.
• Experience translating technical knowledge into customer insights and solutions.
• Prior consultative selling experience.
• External certifications in subdomain focus areas such as Application Data and AI; Cloud; Core Enterprise and zCloud; Digital Workplace; Network and Edge; Security and Resiliency.
