Job summary

Amazon Web Services Hong Kong Limited is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead and deliver cloud transformation engagements for enterprise customers in Hong Kong. The EM will own scoping, selling, structuring, and managing the delivery of complex professional services projects, bridging sales and delivery to achieve customer outcomes, bookings, revenue and margin targets.

The role requires strong consultative selling, program management rigor, and deep enterprise market knowledge.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in STEM field.
2+ years of leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale.
7+ years of leading and delivering enterprise IT engagements.
Knowledge of public cloud value proposition and cloud delivery.
Experience with Jira, Rally, VersionOne or Taiga.

Responsibilities

Engagement management and delivery oversight for cloud transformation programs.
Develop SOWs and commercial constructs; lead customer workshops and roadmap discussions.
Manage pipeline, forecast bookings and revenue; ensure engagement health and risk mitigation.
Collaborate with account teams, Solution Architects and partners to pursue opportunities.
