Job summary

Ant International is seeking an entrepreneurial, strategic Business Development Manager to drive 0-to-1 growth by integrating AlipayHK's payment and digital ecosystem into target markets. You will design new business models and lead ecosystem partnerships.

You will conduct deep market research, craft Go-To-Market plans, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver industry solutions while negotiating with industry leaders and government entities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Business Development or Industry Solution Architecture.
• Strong business acumen and negotiation skills with a track record of launching new ventures to scale.
• Familiarity with internet ecosystems, digital transformation, or SaaS solution selling, and knowledge of payments.

Responsibilities

• Identify untapped blue-ocean industries and formulate Go-to-Market strategies for AlipayHK integration.
• Synthesize capabilities into competitive industry solutions and monetize through value-based selling.
• Lead high-stakes negotiations with industry leaders, government entities, and ecosystem partners.
• Establish strategic partnerships to build a mutual industry ecosystem and expand network effects.
• Act as end-to-end project owner, coordinating Product, Tech, Compliance, Legal, and Marketing to go to market rapidly and compliantly.
