Job summary

Cathay Pacific Group is seeking a Senior Solution Lead to partner with business leaders, shaping the technology roadmap and driving digital transformation across the airline. You will lead cross-functional teams, influence product roadmaps, and apply AI, cloud, APIs, DevSecOps, and machine learning to deliver innovative customer and operational solutions at scale.

The role requires extensive solution delivery, stakeholder management, and Agile leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience across software development, system analysis, business analysis, and testing.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience leading software development teams and coordinating resources.
