Leadingnation in Hong Kong and Zhongshan is seeking a dynamic Sales Merchandising Manager to lead end-to-end sales merchandising and customer service across two locations. The role requires apparel industry experience, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Chinese.

You will drive the merchandising lifecycle from development to delivery, mentor a high-performing team, and work with cross-functional partners to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales merchandising and customer service.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sampling, procurement, production, QA, CSR, logistics.
• Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with procurement for balance.
• Champion QA protocols to meet customer requirements.
• Promote digital tools and AI for data analysis and reporting.
