Job summary

Omni Group Asia Limited is seeking an Agency Operation and Project Senior Manager to lead strategic agency programs and end-to-end project delivery. You will drive planning, budgeting, forecasting and governance for the agency channel, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

You will manage performance reviews, analyse market dynamics and opportunities, and steer transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, Management or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in insurance, financial services, agency management, business planning, operations, consulting, or project management.
• Solid understanding of life insurance agency distribution and agency operations.
• Proven track record in leading strategic projects, business transformation, or change management initiatives.
• Experience in business planning, budgeting, performance management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual business planning, budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation for the agency channel.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and management reporting with insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Analyse agency performance trends, market dynamics and opportunities for strategic decisions.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, implementation, governance and post-implementation review.
• Drive change management to adopt new processes, policies, tools and operating models.
• Collaborate with agency leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery and outcomes.
• Monitor progress, risks and dependencies and provide updates to senior stakeholders.
• Oversee daily operations of Agency Service Centres to ensure high-quality support for financial advisors and leaders.
