Job summary

A BATHING APE® in Hong Kong is seeking an energetic retail leader to guide the sales team toward achieving ambitious targets and KPIs. You will deliver professional product introductions, provide exceptional customer service, and cultivate lasting customer relationships.

The role covers daily store operations, scheduling, visual merchandising, and team training to raise sales and service standards. Local market experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in brand sales is required.
• 5+ years in retail and at least 2 years in store management.
• Proactive with good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong data analysis abilities and leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs.
• Provide professional product introductions and high-quality customer service, building long-term client relationships.
• Assist in daily store operations to ensure smooth running.
• Schedule shifts, allocate manpower, and manage the team.
• Monitor product presentation, store image and visual merchandising standards.
• Help train and guide team members to improve sales and service levels.
• Regularly review sales performance and stock levels, proposing improvements.
• Handle customer inquiries and emergencies to maintain excellent customer experience.
• Assist in brand activities, product launches and marketing planning.
