Qualifikationen

• More than 5 years of management experience in retail or service industry.
• 2 years of store management and people development skills.
• Experience in IG/ Little Red Book CRM preferred.
• Passionate, goal oriented and results driven; capable of managing large stores.
• Good communication skills and service mindset; proactive and responsible.

Aufgaben

• Manage store team members and lead the team to achieve store sales targets, optimizing sales through effective implementation of business strategies.
• Lead the team to establish and maintain customer relationships, improve customer loyalty, convey sports concepts, and provide customers with a good experience.
• Guide and train team members on product knowledge, service, and sales skills, and continuously motivate team members to grow.
• Reasonably arrange the work of store employees, maintain in store displays and other promotional data, and implement brand strategies in accordance with company standards.
• Ensure proper visual merchandising is maintained according to company guidelines, both in the window and in-store displays
