Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Network Engineering, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Understanding of securities market structure, order and execution mechanics, or clearing and settlement processes; prior live trading/SRE internships is a plus.
• Solid CS fundamentals: networking (TCP/IP, HTTP), Linux, data structures, algorithms; proficient in Python/Go/C++/Java; Linux shell familiarity.
• Foundational knowledge of relational databases like MySQL; basic knowledge of Redis, Nginx, and Kafka.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to stability of core systems including securities trading, risk control, and clearing & settlement.
• Handle production alerts and incident response; drive root-cause analysis and post-mortem reviews.
• Build operations automation platforms, monitoring systems, and self-healing tooling (Python/Go).
• Collect and analyze production telemetry; participate in system architecture optimization and cloud cost governance.
• Apply AI tools to troubleshooting and automation; read English docs and communicate with R&D and business teams.
