Job summary

Captar Partners Limited is seeking an experienced SRE/DevOps Lead to drive platform reliability for a fintech digital platform across markets. You will operate a containerized platform, implement release strategies, and push automation across environments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in platform engineering or DevOps, strong Red Hat Linux, containerization, CI/CD, monitoring, and security practices. Fluent English and Chinese are preferred; willingness to support off-hours incidents.

Qualifications

Degree or higher diploma in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
5+ years in platform engineering, DevOps, or site reliability roles.
Strong hands-on experience with enterprise Linux environments, especially Red Hat.
Experience with containerization, orchestration, CI/CD, and automation tools.

Responsibilities

Support and operate a containerized application platform within a distributed environment.
Enhance software delivery by building and maintaining automated pipelines across environments.
Implement modern release strategies to ensure stable application rollouts and recovery.
Drive automation and continuous delivery practices to improve deployment efficiency.
Maintain system observability with monitoring, logging and alerting for health checks.
Ensure platform security including hardening, patching and vulnerability management.
Collaborate with development teams to onboard and deploy applications.
Respond to and manage production incidents with RCA and improvements.
Contribute to continuous improvements in platform reliability and scalability.
