Global Investment Bank is seeking a Production Support Engineer / SRE for Equities and Stock Loan platforms. You will ensure platform stability, automate toil, and work closely with Front Office Sales & Trading and global tech teams to improve reliability and performance.

Requirements include 5+ years in production/support roles within financial services, strong incident management, and experience with Equities or Securities Lending domains.

• 5+ years of Production Support, Application Support, Production Engineering, or SRE experience within financial services.
• Experience supporting Equities, Equity Derivatives, Securities Lending, or Stock Loan applications.
• Strong incident management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Front Office support experience within investment banking or capital markets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

About the role

A leading investment bank is seeking a Production Support Engineer / SRE to support critical Equities and Stock Loan applications. Working closely with Front Office Sales & Trading teams, you'll focus on platform stability, reliability, automation, and operational excellence in a fast-paced trading environment.

Key responsibilities

Provide L3 Production Support for Equities and Stock Loan platforms

Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis

Drive automation and reduce operational toil through scripting and tooling

Improve system reliability, observability, monitoring, and platform performance

Partner with Front Office users and global technology teams

Support securities lending, stock inventory, trade lifecycle, and collateral management processes

Requirements

5+ years of Production Support, Application Support, Production Engineering, or SRE experience within financial services
