Job summary

Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Co Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a full-time in-store associate to deliver professional customer experiences, meet sales targets, and provide product information and styling advice.

You will maintain displays, assist daily store operations, and support marketing activities while building lasting relationships with customers. Fluency in Cantonese and basic English/Mandarin preferred; 3 years jewellery retail experience and a Form 5+ education are required.

Qualifications

• Form 5 or above with at least 3 years experience in jewellery retail; candidates with international jewellery brand background is an advantage.
• Proactive, responsible, flexible, and enthusiastic with excellent customer service skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese; basic English and Mandarin preferred.
