Job summary

Chow Tai Fook Group in Hong Kong is seeking an enthusiastic jewellery retail professional to deliver exceptional in-store experiences and hit sales targets. You will provide product information, styling suggestions, and attentive after-sales service to foster customer loyalty.

Ideal candidates have Form 5 or above with 3+ years in jewellery retail, strong communication and teamwork, and fluency in Cantonese (Mandarin/English a plus).

Qualifications

• Form 5 or above with at least 3 years of jewellery retail experience.
• Proactive, responsible, flexible and enthusiastic with excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit.
• Fluent in Cantonese; basic English and Mandarin preferred.
