Job summary

Aden Financial Holdings LTD is seeking an experienced finance professional to prepare and analyze the Group's consolidated financial statements, review standalone statements, and oversee consolidation eliminations to deliver timely consolidated reports.

The role involves auditing liaison, risk analysis, and managing accounting processes for HK and overseas entities, with strong HKFRS knowledge and fluency in Chinese and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting/Finance.
• 5+ years of experience in securities firms/financial institutions.
• Familiar with trade settlement and revenue recognition.
• Consolidated financial statements and HKFRS proficiency.
• Strong financial statement analysis skills; Excel and financial software proficiency.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
• Honest, detailed, willing to learn.

Job description

Prepare and analyze the Group’s consolidated financial statements, including reviewing standalone statements and performing consolidation eliminations, and issue consolidated reports on time.

Lead the review of external financial statements and related documents, including audit reports, tax returns, bank documents, and regulatory filing data.

Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements, identify financial risks, and produce analysis reports for management decision-making.

Handle bookkeeping, closing, and fund receipts/payments for Hong Kong and overseas entities, and manage bank accounts for Hong Kong and overseas entities.

Coordinate annual audit liaison and review for all Group entities.

Establish and optimize financial accounting processes, and assist with other finance-related tasks.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting/Finance.

5+ years of experience in securities firms/ financial institutions, with familiarity in trade settlement, revenue recognition.

Capable of independently handling financial accounting for complex financial products (OTC); proficient in consolidated financial statements and HKFRS.

Strong in-depth financial statement analysis skills; proficient in Excel and financial software.

Fluent in Chinese and English;

Honest, detailed to work, willing to learn.
