Job summary

Aden Financial Holdings LTD is seeking an experienced finance professional to prepare and analyze the Group's consolidated financial statements, review standalone statements, and oversee consolidation eliminations to deliver timely consolidated reports.

The role involves auditing liaison, risk analysis, and managing accounting processes for HK and overseas entities, with strong HKFRS knowledge and fluency in Chinese and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting/Finance.
• 5+ years of experience in securities firms/financial institutions.
• Familiar with trade settlement and revenue recognition.
• Consolidated financial statements and HKFRS proficiency.
• Strong financial statement analysis skills; Excel and financial software proficiency.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
• Honest, detailed, willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements and issue timely reports.
• Review external financial statements, audit reports, tax returns, and regulatory filings.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and identify financial risks for management decision-making.
• Handle bookkeeping, closing, and fund receipts/payments for HK and overseas entities.
• Coordinate annual audit liaison and review for all Group entities.
• Establish and optimize financial accounting processes and assist with related tasks.
