Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited in Hong Kong seeks a senior programme leader to manage the HKJC Charities Trust initiatives within the Charities and Community Division. You will oversee strategic portfolio management, governance, and reporting, partnering with government, NGOs, and grantees to drive impact and accountability.

The role requires 10–12 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, bilingual writing, and a proven track record in complex projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10–12 years’ relevant work experience, including mid-senior level.
• Strong knowledge of children and youth mental health.
• Proven track record managing large-scale projects.
• Experience with government officials, NGOs, consultants, and agencies.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Team leadership and people development experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with grantees and partners to convene thought leadership and align across schools.
• Oversee design, development, and evaluation of project interventions and impact.
• Manage strategic portfolio, consolidate learnings, and develop new grants.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to enable impact and system change.
• Develop governance controls and manage advisory bodies and task forces.
• Monitor progress, budget, evaluations, and create reports for leadership.
• Represent the Trust at TIP activities and with government and partners.
