Trinity Search Limited, on behalf of a HK listed Chinese financial institution, is seeking a Sponsor Principal for its IBD team in Hong Kong to lead high-level corporate finance engagements, originate deals and manage client relationships.

The role requires supervising IPOs, financial advisory, takeovers and M&A, overseeing due diligence and compliance, and coordinating with regulators and exchanges. Strong leadership and independent deal evaluation are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supervising corporate finance transactions incl IPOs, advisory, and M&A.

My client is one HK listed Chinese financial institution, due to business expansion and now is looking for Sponsor Principal for their IBD team.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the execution of corporate finance transactions including IPOs, financial advisory, takeovers, mergers and acquisitions and other fund raising activities;

2. Manage corporate finance transactions which include due diligence work, record keeping, internal compliance work and coordination and management of other professional parties on the transactions;

3. Communicate with clients, professional parties and the regulators including the Stock Exchange and the SFC;

4. Assist the department head to manage corporate finance transactions which include internal approvals and compliance work;

5. Work independently in the origination/evaluation of potential deals, marketing initiatives, and management of client relationship.
