Be Myjob Company Limited is seeking a Vice President to lead and execute corporate finance transactions in Hong Kong, including IPO sponsorship, M&A, and advisory mandates. You will manage deal teams, coordinate with legal and accounting advisers, and oversee due diligence and documentation.

You will prepare listing documents and regulatory filings, maintain client relationships, and ensure compliance with SFC/HKEX requirements while mentoring junior staff and contributing to team development.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law or related field.
• 5+ years in corporate finance within investment banking or licensed corporate finance firm.
• Solid knowledge of SFC and HKEX listing rules and corporate finance regulation.
• Strong analytical, communication and client management skills.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin; Cantonese an advantage.

• Manage deal teams and coordinate with legal, accounting, and other professional advisers; oversee due diligence and transaction documentation.
• Prepare and review listing documents, circulars, and regulatory filings.
• Maintain and develop client relationships; support origination and business development efforts.
• Ensure transactions comply with SFC and HKEX requirements, including Type 6 regulated activity standards.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of corporate finance experience in investment banking or a licensed corporate finance firm, with a proven transaction track record.
• Solid knowledge of SFC and HKEX listing rules and corporate finance regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and client management skills.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin required; Cantonese an advantage.
