Luckin Coffee is seeking a seasoned professional to support Southeast Asia expansion, providing site selection and market planning input. You will help set targets, align resources, and manage a pipeline of potential locations while building post-opening reviews to refine strategies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or above with 5+ years in retail/coffee expansion, strong bilingual Chinese/English communication, and solid analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; major is not limited.
• 5+ years of experience in chain retail, coffee, or beverage industries, with digitized site selection or expansion experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Chinese and English; able to present bilingual materials.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with data analysis capabilities.
• Able to work effectively across multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Southeast Asia expansion strategy with site selection and market planning input.
• Assist markets in setting expansion targets and execution plans.
• Establish a pipeline management mechanism for potential store locations across countries.
• Build post-opening reviews to evaluate site selection effectiveness and optimize expansion.
