Job summary

Luckin Coffee is expanding internationally and seeks a seasoned Financial Planning & Analysis professional to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for overseas markets. You will deliver P&L analysis, variance reviews, and forward-looking forecasts to drive strategic decisions across Asia-Pacific regions.

You'll partner with local finance teams, develop scalable reporting frameworks, and support franchise partnerships while travel up to 50% to Xiamen and other markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Admin or related field.
• CPA/ACCA/CFA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum five years in FP&A, management reporting, or related finance function.
• Experience in multinational, international markets or franchises is a plus.
• Knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP and strong modelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for international markets.
• Prepare P&L analysis, variance analysis, and forward-looking forecasts.
• Provide financial support throughout franchise lifecycles and settlements.
• Partner with local finance teams to improve controls and reporting.
• Develop standardized, data-driven financial frameworks for intl ops.
