Job summary

Michael Page (Hong Kong) is seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to drive supplier development and strategic sourcing across Greater China, liaising with international stakeholders and procurement HQ in Europe.

You'll provide market insights, manage supplier performance, and lead intelligence initiatives to support planning and growth. Degree in Supply Chain and 5+ years in sourcing are required; travel within Greater China is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or supply chain.
• Familiarity with supplier management and manufacturing environments in Greater China.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within Greater China for supplier engagement.
• Comfortable using digital tools and technology-driven sourcing platforms.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; German is a plus.
