Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Product Development, or related discipline.
• 10 years of sourcing, procurement, buying, category management, or supplier management experience within furniture/home furnishings/homeware.
• Strong understanding of furniture manufacturing, materials, costing, and supplier management.
• Proven track record managing suppliers across Asia.
• Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in fast-paced international retail or consumer goods environments.
• Knowledge of sustainability, responsible sourcing, and compliance requirements is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluent English; additional Asian languages beneficial.
• Willingness to travel across Asia as required.
