Michael Page is seeking a Senior Sourcing Lead to develop and execute sourcing strategies across key furniture categories. You will build and manage strategic supplier relationships, drive cost optimisation, and ensure on-time delivery across a global supply base.

You will lead cross-functional teams across product, buying, and technical functions, travel across Asia, and contribute to sustainability initiatives while delivering margin improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Product Development, or a related discipline.
• 10 years of sourcing, procurement, buying, category management, or supplier management experience within furniture, home furnishings, homeware.
• Strong understanding of furniture manufacturing, materials, costing, and supplier management.
• Proven track record managing suppliers across Asia.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within fast-paced international retail or consumer goods environments.
• Knowledge of sustainability, responsible sourcing, and compliance requirements is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluent English communication skills; additional Asian languages would be beneficial.
• Willingness to travel across Asia as required.
