Job summary

OceanX ECM Suite is seeking a capable IT professional to provide pre-sales and post-sales support for our digital transformation solutions to government and enterprise clients. The role requires over 5 years of IT experience with Linux and MS products, knowledge of ECM/DMS, BPM, and workflow systems, and familiarity with Python, Java, Vue and JQuery.

Strong English and Chinese communication is essential, with immediate availability as a plus.

Qualifications

• University graduate.
• Knowledge and experience in ECM/DMS, BPM and Workflow solutions in advantages.
• At least 5 years of experience IT industry and experience in Linux & MS products e.g. Red hat, Ubuntu, MS Windows, MS Exchange, MS SQL.
• Knowledge in Python, Java, Vue and JQuery is preferred.
• Good Analytical and Presentation Skill.
• Experience in writing system documents.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Immediate availability in an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support for OceanX ECM Suite Digital Transformation solutions to Government & Enterprises.
• Write unit test cases, including extreme cases, usability, and reliability tests.
• Prepare technical proposals and demos as needed for customers.
