Job summary

BAH Partners Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a strong Python Engineer who embraces AI-assisted development and takes full ownership of greenfield projects.

Design, develop and deploy AI-powered applications across trading, compliance and operations, owning the full lifecycle from architecture to production deployment. You will build scalable backend services and integrate LLMs with modern development tools in a fast-paced hedge fund setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Python, Django, SQL and AWS experience.
• Familiarity with Terraform, CI/CD and modern cloud architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or GitHub Copilot.
• Exposure to React, TypeScript, RAG or LLM integrations is advantageous.
• Strong engineering fundamentals, independent problem-solving skills and excellent communication.
