Right Recruit Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Software Engineer (Motion Control/Automation/Semiconductor Machine) to design, develop, and maintain control software for semiconductor equipment.
You will work on multi-threaded real-time systems and collaborate with hardware teams to ensure robust machine performance. This role requires hands-on experience with C/C++, a strong grasp of real-time programming, and the ability to integrate software with servo motors, motion controllers, and high-speed I/O.

Our client is a leading organisation specialised in developing advanced semiconductor equipment.
Design, develop, and maintain control software for semiconductor equipment
Develop robust and reliable software solutions for machine control, motion control, equipment integration, and automated processes.
Drive Continuous Improvement Programmes (CIP) by enhancing existing machine functions, improving software performance, and developing new features for next-generation equipment.
Perform software testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and system validation to ensure machine reliability and stability.
Analyze machine and field issues, identify root causes, and implement effective software solutions to improve equipment performance and reliability.
Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
1–5 years of relevant experience in software development for semiconductor machines
Candidates with more extensive experience will be considered for Senior Engineer positions.
Good programming skills in C or C++.
Good understanding and hands-on experience in developing multi-threaded and real-time control software.
Knowledge and experience in integrating software with industrial hardware, such as servo motors, stepper motors, motion controllers, analog devices, and high-speed digital I/O.
