Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced software engineer to design, develop and optimize software for automated semiconductor process equipment. You will drive performance improvements and support equipment upgrades in the field, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure robust software deployment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Windows-based software development, strong C++/VC++/MFC/SQL skills, and hands-on experience with servo systems and PLC

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Computer Studies.
• 5+ years of software programming in Windows environment (XP and above).
• Strong proficiency in C++, VC++, MFC, SQL, and OOP.
• Good knowledge of multithreaded control software development.
• Familiarity with SEMI SECS/GEM equipment connectivity standards.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Servo systems, Stepper Motion Controllers, Analog Devices, and High-Speed I/O.
• Knowledge of PLC programming and integration.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment automation is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance software solutions for automated semiconductor process equipment.
• Improve equipment performance through continuous improvement projects (CIPs) and development initiatives.
• Provide field support for equipment upgrades, troubleshooting, and resolution of customer issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective software implementation and system performance.
