Job summary

ITEC seeks a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to advance high-precision modules for cutting-edge semiconductor equipment. You will lead design concepts, validate solutions, and collaborate across mechatronics, electronics, optics, and manufacturing teams.

You will translate complex requirements into robust, cost-conscious designs, perform FEM/thermal analyses, and drive improvements in design quality and processes within a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5–10 years in mechanical design, preferably within semiconductor, high-precision tech, robotics, or mechatronics.
• Strong experience with 3D CAD tools such as NX, SolidWorks, or Creo, along with simulation tools.
• Solid understanding of precision engineering principles and design methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex engineering challenges.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with excellent communication in multidisciplinary teams.
• A structured, detail-oriented, and quality-driven approach to engineering design.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical design of high-precision modules and systems used in advanced semiconductor manufacturing.

• Develop, review, and support the team to create cost, mass and accuracy critical modules and parts.

• Drive continuous improvement—in design quality, development processes, and product performance.
