Job summary

The Hong Kong Catholic Marriage Advisory Council is seeking a Registered Social Worker to deliver home-based parenting training for child protection cases, run educational groups, and extend family support services. The role emphasizes engaging with families, coordinating volunteers, and using ICT tools to reach service users.

Qualifications

• RSW with a diploma or higher in Social Work and preferably 2+ years’ family/child services experience.
• Able to organize volunteering services and engage service users via ICT.
• Passionate about serving children and parents.
• Good communication and networking skills.

Requirements

• RSW with a diploma or higher qualification in Social Work, preferably with at least 2 years' experiences of working with family and children, youth service, parent education, Ethnic Minorities services or supporting service for children with SEN
• Competent in organizing volunteering services for supporting parents and using ICT to engage service users
• Passionate to serve children and parents
• Good communication and networking skills

Working Hours

Average 44 hours per week, evening and Saturday shift are required.
