Job summary

New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association seeks a qualified professional to conduct needs assessments and design goals for young adults with SEN. The role involves delivering VR-based training, assisting in VR app development, and providing stakeholder training and consultation.

You will also liaise with employers and corporate partners to expand opportunities and support networks, contributing to inclusive employment initiatives in Sheung Wan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, Behavioral Health or related disciplines.
• Experience in business sector, vocational training or support for young adults with SED is an advantage.
• Proficient in ICT applications or Virtual Reality related software.
• Ability to build service networks with stakeholders or collaborators.
