United Christian Nethersole Community Health Service (UCNCHS) invites applications for Social Work Assistant / Counsellor / Counsellor Assistant (Project). The role focuses on providing counseling services, delivering mental health education, and managing project planning and promotion for diverse client groups.

Candidates should hold a HD or higher in Social Work or a degree in Psychology/Counselling, with at least 2 years of post-qualification clinical experience.

Formación

• Higher Diploma or above in Social Work or equivalent
• Degree or above in Psychology, Counselling or Counselling Psychology or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification clinical experience
• Mature with administrative or project management experience
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage
• Able to work independent ly and in a team
• Willing to work flexible hours (including Saturdays)
• Annual leave 14–18 days; medical benefits; training sponsorship and study leave

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual and group counseling in Emotional Health & Counseling Service
• Design and deliver mental health education talks, groups, workshops and projects
• Manage project planning, promotion, recruitment and outputs
• Handle resource allocation, budgeting, financial records and reporting
• Liaise with internal and external parties to promote mental health programs

Social Work Assistant /Counsellor/Counsellor Assistant (Project)

• To provide individual and group counseling services to different clientele inEmotional Health & Counseling Service
• To design and deliver mental health education talks, groups, workshops, programs and projects to various organizations, NGOs and corporate
• To implement project planning, promotion and recruitment so as to fulfil the expected outputs, service and community needs
• To handle resource allocation, administration, the budgeting, financial records and reporting for the project
• To liaise with various internal and external parties to promote and co-work mental health related programs and activities

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Social Work; Degree or above in Psychology, Counselling or Counselling Psychology or the equivalent
• A minimum of 2 years' substantial post-qualification clinical experience
• The job title will be determined based on the educational background and relevant work experience
• Mature with experience on administrative and/or project management experience, preferably in community education, professional training
• Fluent in spoken & written English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage
• Passionate about serving in the social services sector
• Mature, hardworking, creative, outgoing and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Able to work flexible hours (non-office hours & Saturdays)
• 14 to 18 days' annual leave entitlement
