Job summary

RecruitFirst Limited seeks an Assistant Manager, SME Loan Acquisition to drive SME lending growth in Hong Kong. You will lead business development initiatives, coordinate campaigns across branches, and work with internal teams to acquire new customers while ensuring compliance.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Business/Marketing/Finance with 5+ years in retail or business banking, and possess strong communication, stakeholder management, and bilingual English/Chinese skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail banking, business banking, sales management, or marketing functions
• Exposure to branch operations and SME banking products is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of banking products, customer acquisition strategies, and sales processes
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and market trends
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development initiatives and marketing campaigns to drive SME loan acquisition and achieve business targets
• Coordinate with branches, direct sales channels, and internal stakeholders to expand SME lending business opportunities
• Plan and implement end-to-end customer acquisition, product promotion, and cross-selling campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide recommendations to enhance effectiveness
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and market trends
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth campaign execution and regulatory compliance
• Support sales performance tracking, budgeting, expense control, and program reporting
• Ensure all activities comply with the Bank's policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards
