Job summary

Wings Recruitment Partners Limited is recruiting a Customer Service Officer for the SME Banking team in Hong Kong. The role emphasizes service excellence, handling inquiries, and driving referrals within a fast-growing banking group.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years’ experience in a banking contact centre or customer service environment, with licenses in Insurance or Investments preferred and fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in banking contact centre or customer service.
• Regulatory qualifications (Insurance and/or Investment licenses) preferred.
• Strong command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle SME hotline inquiries, feedback, and complaints to meet SLAs.
• Assist with marketing campaign inquiries, registrations, and referrals.
• Outbound telemarketing and cross-selling of bank products.
• Assist on-the-job training and onboarding of new team members.
• Ensure compliance with bank guidelines, legal frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
