Job summary

A. Liberty Engineering Company Limited is seeking a Project Engineer to oversee operations, coordinate sites, and prepare technical documents in Hong Kong.

You will liaise with contractors and assist the Project Manager with design, tendering, budgeting, and procurement while ensuring safety standards are met. The role requires a degree in Electrical/Building Services Engineering, at least 4 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in CAD.

Qualifications

• Degree, Diploma or Higher Certificate in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience; candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Engineer role.
• Holder of a Safety Supervisor Certificate issued by OSHC, or equivalent
• Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in CAD drawing.
• Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A or B) is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Oversee project operations, site coordination, and attend site meetings.
• Prepare technical documents including drawings, material submissions, and work schedules.
• Liaise effectively with contractors and sub-contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist the Project Manager in design development, tender preparation, budget estimation, and procurement activities.
• Supervise site safety and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulation.
