Job summary

REC Engineering Company Limited is inviting a candidate to join the site administration team in the New Territories. The role focuses on wage monitoring documentation, records liaison with Labour Relations Officers, and general clerical duties at the site office (Tung Chung / Fanling).

The ideal candidate holds HKDSE/ F.5 or above, with at least 1 year of relevant experience or construction site exposure, and a Green Card. Proficiency in MS Office and a proactive attitude are required.

Qualifications

• HKDSE/ F.5 or above.
• 1 year or more relevant experience or construction site experience preferred.
• Hold a valid construction industry safety training certificate (Green Card).
• Familiar with MS Office applications.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle site wage monitoring documents.
• Liaise with Labour Relationshop Officers for records of site workers.
• Perform clerical work including filing, site office administration and site material inventory record.
• Willing to work at site office (Tung Chung / Fanling).
