Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; 8 years local road & drainage experience; HKIE membership preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and supervisory abilities; independent and able to work under pressure.
• Preference for candidates with driving license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction management, planning, contract administration, and site coordination.
