Job summary

Qualifications

• Secondary 6 education level or above.
• Good command of Cantonese (preferred); basic Mandarin and English.
• Able to read and write Chinese and English.
• Familiar with MS Word and MS Excel.
• Proficient in computer operations and data entry.
• Experience in using logistics and inventory management systems.
• Responsible, diligent, and a good team player.
• Familiar with common Chinese input methods.
• Immediately available is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of shipping documents.
• Filling documents and Tradelink Declaration.
• Follow up shipment arrangement.
• Liaise with related internal departments and vendor.
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Perform and handle another ad hoc project as assigned.
