Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking a Shipping Clerk to handle local courier arrangements (FedEx, DHL, UPS) and forwarder air export shipments, following up shipments from start to finish. The role requires accurate communication with customers and forwarders to ensure smooth handoffs.

You will prepare daily shipment reports and report to the department head. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, knowledge of HK/China customs declarations, and proficiency in English and Mandarin plus MS

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge in China / Hong Kong customs declaration.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Chinese word processing.
• Form SHKOÉE OR DSE level.
