Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership is assisting a well-established global manufacturing leader to hire a Global Supply Chain Manager based in Shenzhen. You will drive end-to-end demand integration, global S&OP governance and inventory optimization across multi-site operations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Supply Chain, 5+ in regional/global management, strong ERP/MRP experience (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics), APS and Power BI, and experience with AI forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in supply chain with 5+ in regional/global management.
• Strong ERP/MRP, APS and analytics experience; Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end demand planning across international sites and business units.
• Drive monthly S&OP cycles to align demand, supply, and financial goals.
• Develop global inventory strategies balancing service levels and working capital.
• Partner with procurement to secure long-lead materials and prevent stockouts.
• Standardize KPI dashboards and support ERP/AI forecasting initiatives.
