Job summary

The Langham, Hong Kong in Tsim Sha Tsui is seeking a detail‑oriented Housekeeping Administration Assistant to deliver refined service consistent with 5‑star hotel standards.

You will provide administrative support to the Housekeeping Department, handle calls, messages, and orders with accuracy and courtesy, and coordinate with hotel guests and other departments.

Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates should be fluent in English and comfortable with shift work.

Qualifications

• Diploma in hospitality management or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year hotel industry experience; housekeeping office experience is a plus.
• Willing to work on shifts and coordinate among teams.
• Outgoing and customer oriented personality.
• Hands on knowledge of MS Office.
• Fluent English.
• Fresh graduates will also be considered.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The role is key Langham Ambassador in Housekeeping Administration team ensuring refined service is delivered to 5-star hotel standards, who are expected to:

• Provide administrative support to Housekeeping Department;
• Handleall telephone calls with other departments and hotel guests; &
• Reply all messages and orders accuartely and efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in hospitality management or related discipline;
• Minimum 1 year experience in hotel industry, experience in housekeeping office will be an advantage;
• Willing to work on shifts and coordinate among teams;
• Outgoing and customer oriented personality;
• Hands on knowledge and skills in MS office; &
• Fluent command in English
