Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Head of Delivery to lead our service delivery organization in Hong Kong. You will manage Project Managers and Technical Engineers, oversee ITSM, ITOM, and AIOps delivery, and ensure projects meet client expectations and are delivered on time.

You will drive delivery governance, risk management, and continuous improvement while building strong relationships with key client stakeholders and ensuring operational readiness for production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, project delivery, or consulting.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing delivery teams.
• Proven track record in ITSM, ITOM, or AIOps delivery.
• Strong experience with ITIL-based service management practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with enterprise customers.

Responsibilities
