Pirata Group’s The Optimist on Hennessy Road is seeking a dynamic Server to join our Barcelona-inspired Northern Spanish grill team. you will work with a supervisor, handle table service, take orders, and ensure guests feel welcome.

Qualifications

Job description

We’re now looking for a dynamic Server to join The Optimist, our iconic, Barcelona-inspired Northern Spanish grill on Hennessy Road.

You will work alongside a supervisor and be responsible for table service in your section. You will be responsible to take orders, serve food and drinks, make the guests feel welcome and attend to any requests.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth implementation and execution of the restaurant operation
• Supervise and coordinate the prompt, high standard, efficient and courteous serving of food and beverage in the restaurant
• Control stocks for daily use in restaurants to ensure service requirements are met

Requirements

• Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
• Sense of responsibility within your role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Fluency in English is a must, other languages are advantageous
• Experience working in hospitality is beneficial
